2 Eggs
About 40g Natto
4 tbsp Cream
1 tsp Butter
1/2 tsp Truffle oil
Salt Pepper TT
Combine eggs, cream and salt and pepper
In a sauté pan, place the butter
When the pan gets hot, pour the egg mixture into the pan.
Keep stirring the egg mixture with chopsticks or spatula, just like making scramble eggs.
Add natto at the very end, and pour truffle oil over and stir it again.
